Steven and the rest of the reception staff were amazingly helpful when my brother had a medical emergency. Special thanks to Steven for calling the ambulance and translating for us. Thank you so much. I wish we had a chance to stay longer because the hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable rooms, couldn't ask for better service.

Loved this hotel, so much, the front desk staff were amazing when my brother had a medical emergency, Steven was especially helpful calling an ambulance and translating for the paramedics, that guy deserves a raise for his dedication to customer service. Thank you Steven.

Bed and rooms comfortable in Susukino . Good breakfast but limited western choice. Stayed twice over 3 weeks and stored my ski gear while travelling to Thailand and return.

Arrived by motorbike with a friend but there was no parking in the hotel. However, the staff was very helpful in helping us find the nearest parking spots and their respective fees. Stayed for only a night, and room was very comfortable and clean.

Exceptional service, the Front Door Chief Kenichi made me feel like this was a 5 star hotel, some of the best service Ive ever received. Good location close to all the action of Sapporo.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to some good restaurants and a short walk from the Susukino subway station.
